WedoCOD uses a subscription + operational fee model. You choose a monthly or annual plan (billed via Stripe). Operational fees are tied to specific order lifecycle events: call center and service fees apply on delivered orders, packaging and shipping fees apply on shipped orders, and upsell/cross-sell fees apply only when the customer accepts. No hidden fees, ever.

No. You are not charged call center fees, service fees, or upsell/cross-sell fees for returned, refused, or failed orders. Packaging and shipping fees may apply if the order was already shipped, since those costs are incurred at shipment.

The call center fee covers order verification and customer confirmation by our agents. It is charged only when the order is successfully delivered, not when the call is made. The exact amount depends on your subscription plan.

If your customer accepts an upsell or cross-sell offer during the confirmation call, a $0.50 fee is charged per accepted offer. This fee is applied only if the order is successfully delivered. No acceptance = no fee. No delivery = no fee.

Packaging fees depend on the type (poly mailer, bubble mailer, box), size, and weight. This fee is charged when the order ships, regardless of final delivery outcome since the packaging is consumed at that stage.

WedoCOD currently supports COD Seller operations in Morocco — covering all cities nationwide with a flat shipping rate of 35 MAD per order. We are actively preparing expansion to additional markets in Africa and Europe. Admin plans are available for businesses that want to manage their own operations from their own workspace.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. No lock-in, no cancellation penalties.

Admin plans are for businesses that want to manage their own eCommerce operations internally. You get your own admin dashboard, manage your team, agents, products, orders, call center flow, reporting, and business settings — all from your own workspace using the WedoCOD platform.

WedoCOD uses Stripe exclusively for processing subscription payments from sellers. WedoCOD does NOT process end-customer payments. Customer payments are collected via Cash on Delivery by third-party delivery partners. WedoCOD deducts applicable service fees from collected funds and transfers the remaining balance to the seller.
